Rebecca wishes for a normal life after the recent and tragic death of her father.  Moving down to Sapphire Bay with her mom seemed fun and exciting at first, but now Rebecca wonders if she’ll fit into this new California beach community.  With the help of her puppy Jake, Rebecca starts to befriend the other girls in dog obedience class, but will she ever learn the true meaning of friendship?
